Bob Shallow, owner of REMAX Paradise, has a contract to purchase the former Regions Bank building on Perdido Beach Boulevard in front of Romar Lakes in Orange Beach, and plans to renovate the building as a new office for his agency. Architect Stedmann McCollough in Gulf Shores has designed an addition for the structure, which will give it 6,000 square feet of office space, according to Shallow.
