ORANGE BEACH, Alabama — The city wants to bring drug testing back to Gulf Shores High School and is willing to foot the bill.
Mayor Tony Kennon successfully pitched the idea to the City Council on Tuesday night and, as a result, the council members all agreed to take drug tests, too.
