LOXLEY, Alabama — Town officials agreed to split the Golden Triangle site, where a 3,900-acre development was proposed six years ago, following the sale of part of the property.
The Loxley Town Council voted Monday night to approve a planned unit development for Fish River LLC. The group, based in Jacksonville, Florida, purchased 2,483 of the 3,844 acres of the Golden Triangle property, according to town reports.
